Volcan de mi Tierra Blanco is an expression of our terroir. It blends its herbal, citrus and spice notes indicative ot the lowlands and the fruity notes found in cherry and pear from the Highlands. Its taste combines sweet agave notes with delicate hints of grapefruit, and a touch of black pepper spice, resulting in a well finished balance. More exactly, Blanco is 70% slow-roasted Lowlands agace (utilizing horno and tahona for crushing) blended with 30% Highlands agave. Double distilled in copper and stainless-steel stills and left to rest for 30 days.
